I developed The Johnny Nicoletti Factor to help you find your best self, lock in on your career goals, and achieve the heights of success you desire. We will meet in three working sessions to develop a plan that allows you to attain the working actor’s life of your dreams!
Session One – Finding the Authentic You
This is where our work begins. The clearer we figure out and put forward the authentic you, the sooner you will be on your way to a working artist’s life. Why is that so true? Because YOU are your competitive edge. When producers, directors, and casting directors get you and see you as a unique and specific talent, you become memorable and recognizable to them. They know exactly how to consider you and what they’re getting in hiring you.
Yet how we see ourselves is not always consistent with how others see us and who we uniquely are. You will reach out to those closest to you—family members, friends, and co-workers—and ask them to describe your most striking qualities. We will develop a log line and relate it to various character roles in film and television.
Session Two – Setting Goals and Dreams
Most actors have a specific picture of what their dream career looks like. They are often in alignment with their authentic self but sometimes not. Even Lucille Ball struggled for years at being a serious movie actor until Desi Arnaz led her to television where she became the Queen of Comedy. In session two, we will work on defining your career goals and how to set them in motion.
A working artist’s life requires balance. This is a business fraught with ups and downs, flurries and gaps, praise and rejection. Even modest success such as landing a supporting role as a TV series regular will cause change and give birth to a public life, which brings greater scrutiny and less privacy. You need a solid support structure to sustain a career with longevity and happiness. Everything works together in harmony. We will also set personal goals for you as well, considering family, health, social, financial, spiritual and civic areas of your life.
Session Three – Developing Your Plan
Now it’s about focus and execution. In our final session together, we will develop a strategic plan based on our earlier work, broken down into tactical steps. It includes key objectives and milestones. Your working artist’s life is now within your grasp!

You understand and acknowledge that although Johnny is also an actor, writer, and producer, as well as having been a former talent manager and former talent agent with an honorary title of Chairman Emeritus, Johnny and the Company are solely providing you with instructional and talent counseling services. Participation in any learning program, class, coaching session, seminar, workshop, consultation or similar talent counseling service with Johnny or the Company is not an opportunity to audition, be pre-screened for possible future auditions, be cast, be considered for employment or interview for a job or role. It is also not an opportunity for talent management or representation. Purchasing Company services or taking part in any learning program, class, consultation, workshop, or coaching session with Johnny is also no guarantee of employment, earning money or achieving results. Your degree of success in attaining results is based on numerous factors, including experience, skill, knowledge, ability, dedication and commitment, networking and many other factors.
